The Rio Blanco Water Conservancy District (RBWCD) continues to survey our rural community surrounding Rangely, gauging interest for expanding drinking water service.
To date, rural constituents continue to express interest in creating a rural water system. This rural water system would deliver drinking water to rural areas and properties outside the Town of Rangely’s service area through the installation of pipelines.
